A beautiful necklace of genuine elephant tusk ivory. The focal part of the necklace is a old fisherman netsuke and the two strands of elephant ivory beads and two strands of tiger's eye beads. The netsuke measures about 4 inches tall and over 1 inch wide. The round elephant ivory and tiger's eye beads measure a fine 4mm each. The criss-cross growth patterns are not very noticeable but is seen slightly on the thickness of the piece. The full length of the necklace is 32 inches and the total necklace weight is a solid 82.1 grams. The ivory necklace is a warm patina finish, with a creamy off-white color.
