This is a beautiful hawaiian style woven handbag, with ivory birds of paradise. The handles are made out of wood and feature two ivory buttons, each 3/4 of an inch in diameter. There are two fabulous ivory bird of paradise floral carvings on both sides, 3 1/2 inches wide and 1 3/4 inches tall. The cross graining on the ivory is not clearly visible on the carvings, except for the buttons. There is a zipper at the top to close the bag, with an inside pocket. The bag opens up about 6 inches wide and 14 inches long at the top. The base is oval and 6 1/4 wide and 9 inches long. With the handles the bag is about 14 1/2 inches tall.
